By joining the Transition Palo Alto Yahoo! Group, you can:

To join the Yahoo! Group:
EASIEST WAY … Send an e-mail request (to: transitionpaloalto at gmail dot com) to add you directly to the group.

At the Transition Palo Alto Yahoo! Group home page, click on the “Join This Group!” button at the right.
Sign in using your Yahoo! ID if you already have one, or click the “Create New Account” button at the bottom. (You will create a Yahoo e-mail account, but you can use your existing account from any other provider for all communications.)
When you join the group, specify which e-mail address to use. If a “Verify” link is shown, click it to verify that the e-mail address is yours.
You may want to update your Yahoo! account info to avoid marketing stuff. From http://www.yahoo.com/, if you’re already signed in, click on your name at the top to access “Account Info”. On the Account Info page, scroll to the bottom to find “Notifications and Subscriptions” and click to “Update newsletter & marketing options”.
Of course you can leave the group at any time.
